We have new neighbors! Appopriately named, Fred and Wilma, by the locals on our block. These two have moved into the historic landmark, Alamilla Springs, which is our view off of the apartment patio. Alamilla Springs is a chunk of the land owned by the famous Jose Maria Amador. The area where we live in is also known as Amador Ranch.

Ducks can make great neighbors. A while back we had a pair nesting in our creek in the back yard. So nice to live in a nice area and have such wonderful things.
These ducks are very cute. I have always been amazed watching ducks waddle around... If you ever find a duck egg, they make for really really good homemade ice cream!!!
